PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of an arm mounting part or a rotation regulating part by overlapping a connecting member having a ball joint with the rocking end of an arm body having the base end rotatable to the arm mounting part followed by fastening and connecting, and providing a bump stopper in the overlapping part except the fastened and connected part. SOLUTION: The arm body of an upper arm 1 has a fork-like main part 101, a longitudinal pair of cylindrical pivotal ends 102 and 103 forming the base ends of the main part, and a vertically rockable rocking end 104, and a sheet connecting member 204 having a ball joint 20 is overlapped with the rocking end 104 of the upper arm 1 and fastened and connected thereto. A bump stopper 22 is overlapped with the inside part that is the position except the fastened and connected outside part on the overlapping part of the rocking end 104 of the arm body and the connecting member 204, and the inside part of the overlapping part is co-fastened with the bump stopper 22. According to this, the role as reinforcing member can be imparted to two positions of the connecting member overlapped with the rocking end of the arm body.
