PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air massage device capable of successively, continuously and smoothly expanding and contracting plural air bags, performing massage with a smooth feeling to a treatment part and improving massage efficiency in the air massage device provided with the plural air bags. SOLUTION: The plural air bags A and B disposed on a mat 1 are alternately expanded and contracted by two air supply/discharge devices 6 and 7. Thus, in the case of successively expanding and contracting the plural air bags A and B, a first air bag A1 is expanded and contracted by a first air supply/ discharge device 6, a second air bag B1 is successively expanded and contracted with a slight time difference by a second air supply/discharge device 7 and the plural air bags A2, B2,...A8 and B8 are successively expanded and contracted with a slight time difference similarly. Thus, the plural air bags repeat expansion and contraction successively, continuously and smoothly, and continuous smooth massage is performed to the treatment part.
