PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily mountable shoulder member capable of protecting the joint part of a double-wall container from impact by forming an engaging recessed part in an upper part and an engaging protruded part in a lower part and forcedly fitting one in the other with a flange part sandwiched from above and below. SOLUTION: An upper part 20a is constituted of a handle part 13 and a shoulder member 60 in a ring-shaped structure of outer diameter slightly larger then the outer diameter of the flange part 8 of a double-wall container 25. A lower part 20b is a ring-shaped member of inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the flange part 8 of an outer container 3. The upper part 20a and the lower part 20b can be joined together via an engaging recessed part 32a and an engaging protruded part 32b, and sandwiches the flange part 8 of the double-wall container 25 from above and below. As the flange part 8 is being sandwiched with the flange part 8 pressed from above and below, the upper part 20a and the lower part 20b are fused together at shoulder part fusing and joining parts.
