PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable holding of a free end of a bed without using a retaining means when it is bent by mutually engaging one of frame parts and a mounting plate via one track assembly formed therebetween. SOLUTION: A mattress 2 is supported to a track frame 4 formed of two frame parts 6, 8 which are respectively provided with legs 10, 12 at support columns 60, 62, are respectively brought into contact with a frame 15 at a break point and held at specified positions via a mounting plate 14. The plates 14 are mutually engaged with the frame portions 6, 8 through two track assemblies formed out of members engaging with arch-shaped slots for the respective frame portions 6, 8. Accordingly, the purpose is attained.
