PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling house plan capable of ensuring excellent feeling of independence of each room by improving the mode of arrangement of a living room as a relaxing space of residents, and a guest room as a receiving space of a guest. SOLUTION: A Japanese-style room 4 to be used for a guest room is arranged to the distal side in the upward direction from an entrance earth floor 23 to an entrance hall 22. A corridor 6 extending to the direction opposite to the upward direction is connected to the entrance hall 22. A living room 7 of residents is arranged to the distal end of this corridor 6. The living room 7 is formed of a room 72 with a wooden floor and a room 73 with a tatami floor. The floor level of the room 73 is slightly higher than the floor level of the room 72 to make use of the step A as a chair seat.
