PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disc storing member which can be efficiently transported. SOLUTION: An assembly in which a plurality of optical discs 1 are held between an upper plate 2 and a lower plate 3 is shrunk and packaged with a shrink film 5. Accordingly, the plurality of optical discs 1 can be stored together by a simple storing structure and then an efficient transportation of the storing member can be carried out in view of its size and weight as compared with those of the prior art storing form. In addition, under the stored state, a display area at the upper surface of the optical disc 1 and a recording area at the lower surface of the optical disc 1 are not contacted with either the adjoining optical disc 1 or the upper plate 2 and the lower plate 3, so that even if an external force such as a vibration or the like is applied to it, a damage such as a scratching or the like is not produced at the optical disc 1 stored in the storing member and then a safe transportation can be carried out.
