PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation while reliably preventing a theft by selecting a case of starting an engine only by ON of a key switch and a case of not starting the engine when the key switch is turned on and a password number is not inputted. SOLUTION: In the case where a specific time (t seconds) passes by turning on a key switch 2, when the key switch 2 is turned on at engine starting time of the next time and a prescribed password number is not inputted to a password number input device 13, since an electric current is not carried to a solenoid control part 10a of a solenoid directional control valve 10, the solenoid directional control valve 10 is held in a closed state, so that travel becomes impossible. While, in the case where the key switch 2 is turned off and the key switch 2 is turned on and off within a specific time (t seconds), this state is stored in a memory E2PROM of a controller 16, and since an electric current is carried to the solenoid control part 10a of the solenoid directional control valve 10 only by ON of the key switch 2 at engine starting time of the next time, the solenoid directional control valve 10 is put in an opening state, so that travel becomes possible. |
