PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire that appears to be colored when rotating. SOLUTION: A plurality of coloring regions 18 each consisting of a white region 14 and a black region 16 are arranged on a side wall 12 along the circumferential direction of the tire to form an annular zone 20. When the pneumatic tire 10 rotates as the vehicle travels and the coloring regions 18 consisting of regions with different light reflectivity rotate, the pattern of bright and dark portions is sensed as the spectrum of light and the annular zone 20 appears to be colored (e.g. red, yellow, blue or the like; indicated by net points in the figure).
