PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method for an aluminum alloy plate not developing a crack in press forming. SOLUTION: In a press forming method of a formed part made of an aluminum alloy plate, the corner part of the formed part is drawing-formed so that the corner part of the formed part is an circular arc of a cylinder, a height of the corner part is the height of the cylinder, the corner part is approximated to a bottomed/flanged cylinder, a ratio (x) between the flange outer diameter Df of the cylinder approximated the formed part and the barrel outer diameter of the cylinder Dd, a ratio (y) between a formed height H of the cylinder and the barrel outer diameter of the cylinder Dd satisfies a forming range of y<=-(5/9)x+(113/90), 1<=x<=1.9 or y<=-(1/16)x+(51/160), 1.9<=x<=3. By this method, a forming defect is prevented and a production cost can be reduced.
