PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a daily cleaning work by a method wherein a cooking part and a heating part of a roaster can be easily mounted or dismounted. SOLUTION: In a burner 17 which is releasably mounted to the lower part of an inner box, a recess which serves as a burner port is formed on the upper surface of the body of the burner 17 from a bottom wall 21 and upright wall surfaces to blow off air mixed gas into the recess. Through holes 30, 30a are vertically formed through the wall 21 of the burner 17, and a mixing pipe 24 for feeding air mixed gas is vertically disposed through the body of the burner. An ignition equipment 27 and a flame-failure sensor 28 are provided through the holes 30, 30a, respectively so as to be detachable from the burner 17.
