PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means readily and excellently blending a wheat embryo oil including gluycolipid into a food. SOLUTION: This food additive contains a glycolipid-including wheat embryo oil and a surfactant at a weight ratio of (glycolipid-including wheat embryo oil/surfactant)=(5/1)-(1/5), and further preferably contains a collagen in an amount of 0.1-50 wt.% based on total weight of the food additive.
