PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the time required for the delivery by setting a leveling delivery allocating the delivery work to each unit of a plurality of automated storage and retrieval units approximately levelly, or approximately equally. SOLUTION: In leveling delivery, approximately equal delivery number (pallet unit in an embodiment example) is allocated to each unit and in each unit 4, the delivery is allocated based on the principle of first-in and first-out. In this case, all the three unit cranes are used for the delivery so that the delivery work can be minimized and articles is delivered in the order of oldness in each unit. Where the number of the delivery is not the integer times of pallets, fractions are arbitrarily treated. For example, the fraction is allocated to a unit having the least reservation of other delivery works except for the articles or the fraction is allocated to a unit having the most stock number of articles. |
