PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a controlling device and a correcting device, to decrease generation of loss of papers when printing is started, or a paper is broken and to improve cost down and working efficiency. SOLUTION: Driving motors 18 respectively provided on every plate cylinder 14, rotary encoders 19 provided on each of the driving motors 18, an inputting device for inputting amt. of cutoff adjustment, a logic for forming the amt. of cutoff adjustment which makes the amt. of cutoff adjustment inputted from this inputting device into a variable value of the absolute amt., a storing device for storing amt. of correction of the phases among printing cylinders, and a device for operating amt. of positional correction which operates amt. of correction of the phases of the motors related to a web 5 to be cutoff-corrected of the driving motors 18 by adding and reducing the absolute value of the amt. of adjustment inputted for cutoff adjusting and the amt. of correction of phases among the printing cylinders, are provided. |
