ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AGENT AND PROPAGATION SUPPRESSOR FOR MONOCYTOID CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-inflammatory agent suppressing for a monocytoid cell or a monocytoid progenitor cell, inhibiting accumulation, having strong action and high safety by including human adiponectin. SOLUTION: This anti-inflammatory agent contains a human adiponectin (a collagen-like factor specific to a human fatty tissue) preferably in a concentration of 5-20μg/mL. The human adiponectin can be used as a formulation of various shapes. The human adiponectin is a polypeptide and non-oral administration is preferable as an administration route. Preferably, an administration amount is usually 0.1-500μg/mL in one time per daily 1-3 times. As a formulation shape, an injection, a suspension, a suppository, an ointment, a cream agent, a gel agent, a paste, an inhalant, etc., is exemplified.
