SOLUTION: A shaft 106 is rotated only when a support plate 108 is moved in the direction shown by an arrow D but not rotated when the support plate 108 is moved in the direction shown by an arrow C. As result, when the support plate is moved in the direction shown by the arrow D, recording paper P is cut and, when the support plate 108 is moved in the direction shown by the arrow C, a perforation is formed to the recording paper P.</p> |
