PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the environment load of waste inorganic particles, waste water, treatment residues, etc. by providing the above system with a primary treatment section having a floatation section and waste water treatment section which separate organic pollutants and water from the waste water of the pulverized waste pulverized at a disposer section and transferred by the water and treat both respectively. SOLUTION: Organic waste, such as garbage, is pulverized by the disposer 1 and the pulverized waste thereof is forcibly transported together with the water via a junction pit tank 4 to a water receiving section 5. A flocculating material is added from a flocculating material adding section 6 to the water receiving section 5 and is intimately mixed with the water. After the intimately mixed waste water is transferred to the floatation/separation section 7, the waste water is separated to the organic pollutants and the settled inorganic particles. The inorganic particles are periodically discharged from the tank. On the other hand, the organic pollutants subjected to the floatation/separation are recovered and are dried and stored in the secondary treatment section 8. The waste water from which the organic pollutants and the inorganic particles are removed is subjected to the purification treatment in the waste water treatment section 9 and is then released. The selectively recovery of the organic waste is made possible in the manner described above, by which the effective utilization of the secondarily treated matter for recycled raw material is made possible. |
