PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a modifier or modifier material from being condensed and stuck on the inner wall forming a treating space to close the treating space in the case the modifier or the modifier material which is reacted to form the modifier is vaporized, the nucleus particulates are exposed in the supersaturated vapor, and the modifier or modifier material is condensed on the surface of the nucleus particulates to coat the nucleus particulates with it. SOLUTION: On an inner wall 21a of a treating space in which the vapor of a modifier 5 is condensed on the surface of nucleus particulates 2 to obtain coated particulates 3, a gas flow 25 flowing along the wall surface is formed. This functions as an air curtain to hardly condense the modifier 5 on the inner wall 21a and prevent the modifier 5 from being stuck to the inner wall 21a and prevent the treating space Z from being closed (see Fig. (a)). |
