PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fast-acting property and persistence of a fragrance and a malodor reducing effect by filling a perfume carrier group carrying a perfume in the ventilation passage of a container. SOLUTION: This aromatic unit 1 is partitioned into a container installation chamber 12 and a blower installation chamber 13 by a partition plate 11 with ventilation holes. A container 21 filled with a perfume carrier group 20 is installed in the container installation chamber 12. A motor 25 and a fan 26 are installed in the blower installation chamber 13. An air intake port 30 and an air blowout port 31 are provided. The perfume carrier group 20 may be filled in the container installation chamber 12 as it is or in an air-permeable bag without using the container 21. When the container installation chamber 12 is used as a container, the numerical aperture of the air blowout port 31 is set to about 20% or below. The fan 26 is driven to send air to the perfume carrier group 20, and the air containing the perfume is discharged into a room from the air blowout port 31. The fast-acting property and persistence of a fragrance and a malodor reducing effect can be improved.
