PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide implements for preventing athlete's foot and for soaking up sweat. SOLUTION: The implements 1 and 2 consisting of hygroscopic materials are so formed as to enter between the fingers and fingers of the foot. Since the hygroscopic implements are held between the fingers and fingers of the foot, the sweat is absorbed, the symptom of the athlete's foot is relieved and the effect of a medicine is additionally exhibited. A user is able to wear ordinary socks and, is therefore, no more needed to worry about the implements.
