PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly shape a desired stereoscopic structure and to simply reduce in size a mask forming constitution or a mask conveying constitution by forming a part for removing a layer to be partly transferred from a layer-to-be- transferred coating ribbon as a mask, and controlling to convey the mask to an exposure position. SOLUTION: A controller 40 confirm whether an N layer is the same as an (N-1) layer mask pattern or not. If not the same, two-dimensional slice data regarding the N layer is taken out, an ink ribbon wind 13 and a printer 14 are controlled, an N layer mask is formed on an ink ribbon 11 by printing, and the N layer mask is disposed at a position opposite to an N-th ultraviolet curable resin layer. When formation and conveyance of the N layer mask are finished or when the N layer is the same as the (N-1) layer mask pattern, an affirmative result is obtained. The controller 40 opens an optical shutter 23 for a time necessary to exposure one layer, and executes exposure through the N layer mask to the N-the ultraviolet curable resin layer.
