PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux cored wire for welding, in which the good fluidity of the flux is provided and the good arc stability can be secured without absorbing the moisture into the flux even if the atmosphere of temp., humidity, etc., at the producing time of the flux, is severe. SOLUTION: In the flux cored wire for welding in which the flux is filled a metal-made outer shell, concerning titanium oxides contained in the flux, in the case of defining [Ir] as rutile-type titanium oxide content and [Ia] as anatase-type titanium oxide content, the ratio [Ir]/[Ia] of [Ir] to [Ia] is >=5 and 20-60 wt.% titanium oxide to the whole wt. of the flux is contained.
