PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light wallpaper formed out of an olefinic resin, hardly causing a harmful gas emission and excellent in safety, having smooth surface without damaging foamable properties, excellent in strength and fireproof properties, capable of being produced by using smaller amount of the resin compared to the conventional olefinic wallpaper, and contributing to resources saving. SOLUTION: This olefinic fireproof wallpaper is obtained by laminating a resin layer obtained by formulating 3-30 pts.wt. foaming agent and <80 pts.wt. inorganic powder with 100 pts.wt. olefinic resin, on a base material layer comprising >=80 wt.% inorganic material so as to form 50-200 g/m2 basis weight, and foaming the resin layer so as to have >=5.5 expansion ratio.
