PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely seat a moving body by evacuating air in a cylinder by a solenoid valve just before a piston abuts on a cylinder stop surface, returning the solenoid valve when the pressing force to the piston is released, and feeding air in the cylinder. SOLUTION: A piston 3 pressed to the left by a mover W compresses air in a cylinder 1, and the air of a flow determined by a flow control shaft hole 14 of a speed controller 11 flows through a solenoid valve 21, to return to an air tank through air ports A, P. A push switch 6 is turned off just before the tip of the piston 3 abuts on a piston stopper 8, so that air is released from the air port R opened to the outside, thereby surely seating the mover W. When the pressing froce of the mover W is released, the piston 3 is a little moved to the left with reaction force of a compression coil spring 7 with small stroke, so that the switch 6 is turned to connect the air port A to the air port P, so that the air opens a check valve 15 to flow in a large quantity, and the piston 3 is quickly displaced to the right or returned thereto. Accordingly, a return spring is not needed.
