PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform deterioration test by ozone under a low concentration and pressurized ozone atmosphere. SOLUTION: An ozone generation device is structured by arranging successively a humidity controller 1, a temp. controller 3, an ozonizer 5 and an ozone pressurizer 7 and the pressurized ozone is generated in low concentration from oxygen in the air by passing the air through the ozone generator. The deterioration test by ozone under the low concentration pressurized ozone atmosphere is performed in an ozone reaction vessel 9 by connecting the ozone reaction vessel 9 and an ozone decomposer 10 to the downstream side of the ozone generator.
