PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load exerted upon a bearing, at rotating the bearing at a high speed, at prolonging the use life of the bearing, and at enhancing the winding speed and the capacity of a wind-up bobbin even though the speed and the capacity of the winder are increased. SOLUTION: In this bobbin holder, a hollow supporter 2 is supported to a frame 27 in a cantilever-like manner, and a rotary shaft 3 is rotatably supported by bearings 33A, 33B, 33C located in the hollow part of the supporter 2, and is projected on the side remote from the frame, the hollow holder 1 being journalled to the projected end of the rotary shaft 3, coaxial with the supporter 2 and the rotary shaft 3, and incorporating a chuck member for gripping bobbins 17A, 17B, 17C, 17D. With this arrangement, the rotary shaft 3 is journalled by three bearings which are spaced at predetermined intervals, and which are composed of a center bearing 33B located substantially at an axially longitudinal center of the holder 1, and two end bearings 33A, 33C arranged axially front and rear positions of the center bearing.
