PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit covers together with cover supporting member to an electric feed part by forming a carrying means out of an endless carrying belt, and building an attraction force generating means and the electric feed means therein. SOLUTION: A carrying part 3 is formed with an endless carrying belt 31 made of synthetic resin material such as polyethylene, an attraction force generating means 36 and an electric feed means are built therein and recording paper P can be fed thereto. The attraction force generating means 36 is constituted of an electrode plate 36a made of electrically conductive metal, an earth plate, a base layer 36c, a surface layer 36d, a member to be electrically fed 36e, an electric feed brush 52, and an electric feed supporting member 53. The electric feed brush 52 as the electric feed means is brought in contact with the member to be fed 36e at fixed pressure for electric feed. Cover supporting members 54 are mounted on the electric feed supporting member 53, and the cover supporting members 54 and covers 55 are mounted so as to sandwich the supporting member 53 and the electric feed brush 52 from both sides.
