PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable certain and easy piling to be carried out without damage to surfaces of previously piled plates. SOLUTION: This piling device 1 drops and piles a cut plate 30b from an outlet side of a belt conveyer 10 conveying a cut plate 30a. The piling device 1 has feeding rolls 3, 4 provided on the outlet side of the belt conveyer 10, for feeding the cut plate 30b at a constant feeding speed that is the same speed as a maximum speed of conveying speeds of the belt conveyer 10; and an air blow device 7 provided below the feeding rolls 3, 4, for blowing air under the cut plate 30b falling from the feeding rolls 3, 4.
