PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cleaning sheet excellent in capture and holding characteristics of various sizes and shapes of refuse. SOLUTION: A cleaning sheet 1 is formed by intermittently joining long fiber aggregates (Tow) 3 opened and arranged in parallel to at least one surface of a base material sheet 2. The elongation of the long fiber aggregates 3 under low stress in the direction of the fibers is equal to or higher than the elongation of the base material sheet under low stress in the direction of the fibers. The elongation of the long fiber aggregates 3 upon load of 100 gf/25 mm in the direction of the fibers is preferably three times as high as or higher than the elongation of the base material sheet 2 upon load of 100 gf/25 mm in the direction of the fibers.
