PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luggage box structure of a small truck which can withstand strong winds and rain and cope with long-range transportation, has good appearance, allows luggage to be loaded and unloaded easily by use of a lift, and has a lightweight arid simple structure that reducing fuel consumption. SOLUTION: An outwardly projecting roller 3a fixed to the top of a rail 2a provided on a rail-equipped side panel 1 is freely slidably engaged in the rail groove 9b of a rail 9a provided on an upper end frame 9 and sliding of the roller 3a along the rail 9 controls movement of the rail-equipped side panel 1 in the horizontal direction of a vehicle. An outwardly projecting roller 3b fixed near the tops of right and left end frames 10 is freely slidably engaged in the rail groove 2b in the rail-equipped side panel 1 and sliding of the roller 3b along the rail 2a controls movement of the rail-equipped side panel 1 in the vertical direction of the vehicle.
