SOLUTION: Both ends of a rear cross member 4 extended in a car width direction are welded to left and right rear side members 2, ends of lower suspension arms 9 are pivoted on both ends of the rear cross member 4, and reinforcing ribs 12 and 12 welded to the rear cross member 4 and extended in the back and forth direction of a vehicle are also welded to the lower surface of a tire well 11 formed in a rear floor panel and welded to the upper surface of the rear cross member 4 in a wide range.
