PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both a prompt printing process and a prompt computer release by constituting a relative priority sequence based on a priority of an auxiliary memory device write task and a priority of an image generation task to change on the basis of generation of a predetermined event. SOLUTION: Each of a printing task, a communication task and the like is sent in an execution queue when triggered by a preliminarily set event, scheduled in accordance with a priority and then sequentially executed. An image generation task 14 acting as a printing image-generating part generates a printing request by reading out printing data in a memory block of a RAM 4, hands the generated printing request to a printing task 15 and becomes a sleeve state when the printing data is gone. The image generation task 14 is constituted of a task of a single language and therefore a printing job can be processed promptly. An idle task 16 functions as an event-waiting task.
