PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a medical treatment effect comparatively uniform by a simple structure by respectively driving first and second groups in plural ultrasonic wave generating elements for generating ultrasonic wave for a medical treatment through the use of driving signals with first and second frequencies. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element included in the first group is connected to a first driver 11a with a first impedance matching circuit 10a. The first driver 11a is connected to a first oscillator 12a, amplifies the oscillation signal with the first frequency from the first oscillator 12a, generates the driving signal and supplies it to the piezoelectric element included in the first group with the circuit 10a. In the meantime, the piezoelectric element included in the second group is connected to a second driver 11b with a second impedance matching circuit 10b, the second driver 11b is connected to a second oscillator 12b, amplifies the oscillation signal with the second frequency from the second oscillator 12b, generates the driving signal and supplies it to the piezoelectric element included in the second group with the circuit 10.
