PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain resonance of a roller shaft to prevent noise or abnormal image from generating by oppositely arranging a feed roller and a reverse roller on both faces of a sheet material delivered from a receiving part, and providing an inertial mass body on the supporting shaft of the reverse roller. SOLUTION: In front of the delivery direction of a recording paper sheet, intended for the case of being delivered in the horizontal direction, a feed roller 3 and a reverse roller 4 oppositely arranged as a pair of the upper and lower sides are provided. The upper feed roller 3 is rotated in the direction in accordance with the delivery direction of a recording paper sheet, the lower reverse roller 4 is rotated in addition to the delivery direction, in the direction of returning the recording paper sheet to the paper feed cassette side. Further, an inertial mass body 10 is provided on the supporting shaft 4A of the reverse roller in the condition of being not fixed to the supporting shaft 4A. At this time, the weight and the inertia of the inertial mass body 10 are added to the vibration model of an existing constitution.
