PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the reduction of the distance between a mirror and a location at which a person stands by making a front surface plate to support the mirror movable forward and backward by pantographs formed by intersecting a predetermined number of rods. SOLUTION: A front surface plate 2 with side plates 9a each having a U-shaped cross section is provided on both sides of the back surface of a mirror 1. A U-shaped grip 10 is fixed from the outsides of the side plates 9a so that the grip 10 can be vertically moved with a rotating shaft 11 as a fulcrum. Two sets of pantographs A each formed by intersecting a rod 3a and a rod 3b of the same length via a joining part 8 are provided from both sides of the front surface plate 2 and a back surface plate 4. The upper end of the rod 3a is fixed to an upper part of a side plate 9b by a fastening device 7, and the lower end of the rod 3a is fixed to a lower part of the side plate 9a by a fastening device 7. The upper end of the rod 3b is fixed to a groove 6a by a fastening device 7, and the lower end of the rod 3b is fixed to a groove 6b by a fastening device 7. Spindles 5 are each connected to the upper parts of the rods 3a and 3a' and the lower parts of the rod 3b and 3b' so that the two sets of pantographs A may be moved similarly.
