PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the cleaning of blinds. SOLUTION: A blind supporting member 20 is slide-freely provided on two parallel rail poles 1a and 1b, and the upper ends of the rail poles 1a and 1b are held, for example, above a blind 6 by a holding means 10. The blind supporting member 20 is freely elevated by elevating means 14, 15, and 27. At the time of cleaning the blind 6, the blind supporting member 20 is arranged on the rear side of the blind 6 and is elevated or lowered to the location of a desired slat to support the slat from the rear side. Therefore, it is possible to wipe the slat easily without deflecting it even if wiping the slat from the surface side.
