PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized bracket, in which the left and the right can be combined, without installing a bearing section as another body. SOLUTION: The side section of a shutter case is composed of the two members of a side cover and a bracket 2, the bracket 2 comprises a main-body surface 21 with a bearing section pivotally supporting a winding shaft and a body mounting surface 22 fixed on the body side, the bearing section 29 is constituted of a shaft through section 25 formed by cutting and raising the main-body surface 21 and a cut-raised piece 26 cut and raised from the main- body surface 21, and a bolthole 26a for fixing the winding shaft by a bolt is formed to the cut-raised piece 26.
