PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the stagnation of the air of an opening peripheral part, prevent the invasion of an insect and a small animal, and contrive the improvement of the durability of a building frame by providing a substrate material between the building frame and an outer wall material to form a venting space, and arranging a net-like member in a gap between a sash and the outer wall material. SOLUTION: Furring strips are juxtaposed between the outer wall material 7 and the building frame 6 such as a column of a building as a substrate material 8 at a prescribed interval to form a venting space 5. An opening part 2 surrounded on right and left building frames 6 and upper and lower frame materials 9, 10 is formed on an outer wall 1, a window material 3 is mounted and the window material 3 is surrounded to attach a sash 4 to the peripheral edge of the opening part 2. Next, a waterproof sheet is laid on a wall except for the opening part 2, and a sash attaching piece and the waterproof sheet are joined in a watertight state. A cross sectional substantially U-shaped long cover member 22 is attached to the end of the outer wall material 7, the invasion of an insect and a small animal of substantially the same length as the cover member 22 is prevented, and a net-like member 21 not obstructing venting is attached. Venting of the rear face part of the outer wall material 7 around a window is enabled by performing such execution and durability of the building frame 6 is improved.
