PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating/lowering control device suitable for a parking device in which a plurality of elevating/lowering vehicle support tables to be selectively elevated/lowered between a lower vehicle support level and an upper vehicle support level are continuously arranged in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: An elevating/lowering control device of a parking device is provided with a wire-like body 13 one end of which is locked to a fixing frame through a spring 23 and the other end of which is re-wound/delivered by a winding drum 10, and an intermediate portion of which suspends a plurality of elevating/lowering vehicle support tables 1A-1C. Sensors 27-29 to detect the change of the position of one end of the wire-like body 13 accompanied by the change in tension, a pulse transmitter 18 to detect the rotational quantity or the rotational time of the winding drum 10, and a control means 43 are provided, and the control means 43 controls the elevating/lowering and the stop of the elevating/lowering vehicle support tables 1A-1C to be selectively elevated/lowered by the wire-like body 13 based on the information on detection by the sensors 27-29, the detected value by the pulse transmitter 18, and the set value to be compared with the detected value.
