PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installing work by forming a panel having grooves having an opening space out of a side wall part area and a bottom surface part area, and forming a first cross-sectional shape area for constituting a pair of outward projecting parts overhanging to the outside and a second cross-sectional shape area having an opening space in the side wall part area. SOLUTION: A panel 10 composed of a steel plate having a groove 11 and a groove 12 extending in the lengthwise direction is molded, a projecting part area is formed on the reverse side of the panel 10 in the groove 12, and a cross-sectional shape of the groove 12 has a first cross-sectional shape area A and a second cross-sectional shape area B. A connecting cross-sectional shape area C is provided between the first cross-sectional shape area A and the second cross-sectional shape area B, and a cross-sectional shape of the groove 12 of the second cross-sectional shape area B has a side wall part area 10A and a bottom surface part area 10B for forming an opening space B1 capable of receiving a pair of outward projecting parts 12b. Thus, the first cross-sectional shape area A positioned on the upper side is stuck and superposed on the second cross-sectional shape area B of the panel positioned on the lower side to prevent water leakage.
