PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hoisted cargo moved without turning the hoisted cargo under a suspended condition by man-power even in the site of a narrow upper space. SOLUTION: In this moving device, a cross beam 2 is provided turnably in an upper part of a stanchion 3, a turnable vertical shaft 5 is provided on the anti-stanchion 3 side of the cross beam 2, a V-shaped lever 10 turned vertically by a drive device 8 is provided in the vertical shaft 5, and a hooking part 11 hooked with a suspending tool is provided in the vicinity of a tip part of the lever 10. The hooking part 11 provided in the lever 10 is a rope winding/ rewinding device in the moving device.
