PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin lotion excellent in roughening preventing and improving effect, hematogenous promoting effect, sustainability of the effect and stability of the medicine by including a clathrate compound including oils having specific property and oil soluble vitamins to hydroxyalkylated cyclodextrin. SOLUTION: This skin lotion includes the clathrate compound including one or more kind of the solid or semi-solid oil at normal temperature (e.g.; an ester of cholesterol or the like) and one or more kind of the oil soluble vitamins (e.g.; vitamin E and/or derivatives of vitamin A) in hydroxyalkylated cyclodextrin (hydroxyethylβ-cyclodextrin, hydroxypropylβ-cyclodextrin are preferred). The preferable amount of each constituents in the preparation are the oil: 0.001-1 wt.%, vitamins, in the case of vitamin E: 0.0001-0.5%, in the case of derivatives of vitamin A: 0.00001-0.5%, and 0.01-10% as the clathrate compound.
