PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roaster, the whole of which can be sufficiently cooled with water of a water tank, and in which the water tank can be easily cleaned. SOLUTION: The roaster, which is mounted in a notch of a table or the like, includes an outer drum 1 adapted to be inserted into the notch, a water tank 2 disposed in the drum 1, lock windows formed through an inner wall, a plurality of elongated gas burners 5 each of which is locked in the window, the opposite ends thereof being fixed therein, and can be detached from above the tank 2, and a grill 3 mounted on the tank 2.
