PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a quick and precise reclining operation by displaying the lock state and unlock state by a lock mechanism and a seat back reclining state exceeding a prescribed state. SOLUTION: At the start point of a prescribed or more reclining state, a lock pin 23 is engaged with a lock hole 21a to allow the lock of a rear seat back 3 by a lock mechanism. When the rear seat back 3 is moved further to the reclining state exceeding the prescribed state, the second cam part 89b of a cam 89 is engaged with a striker 21-side kick part, and the cam 89 is rotated about a rotating shaft. The first cam part 89a is engaged with an engagement flange part 85a on the lower end of an outer cylinder 85 to raise the outer cylinder 85 against the energizing force of a display spring 87. A cover 28 is protruded from the display hole of an escutcheon 24 in interlocking with the rise of the outer cylinder 85. According to this, the reclining state exceeding the prescribed state of the rear seat back 3 can be displayed.
