PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform installing work by forming an almost S-shaped reinforcing material holding metal for connecting a wedge by using a linear body such as a chain and a string in a tip part of the upper edge and the lower edge, and locking a horizontal reinforcing pipe on this reinforcing material holding metal fitting. SOLUTION: In an almost S-shaped reinforcing material holding metal fitting 1, an upper gripping part 2 is formed in a U shape composed of the upper edge 4, the side edge 5 and the common edge 6, an inserting hole 8 is formed on the upper edge 4, a slit 9 is formed on the side edge 5, and an inserting hole 8 is formed in a tip part of the common edge 6. A lower gripping part 3 is formed in an L shape composed of the side edge 5 and the lower edge 7 extended from the tip part of the common edge 6, and a linear body 10 such as a chain is installed in the tip part of the common edge 6 and the lower edge 7 to connect a triangular wedge 11. Next, the upper gripping part 2 of the reinforcing material holding metal fitting 1 is locked so as to grip a horizontal reinforcing pipe, the wedge 11 is inserted into the inserting hole 8 of the upper edge 4, and a lower side horizontal reinforcing pipe is locked on the lower gripping part 3 to thereby quickly and reliably install and remove the reinforcing pipe of a concrete form.
