WATERPROOF PRINTING PAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waterproof printing paper having high waterproof, not causing blocking, excellent in winding operability and printability, enabling printed surface to have an excellent finish and capable of being disintegrated. SOLUTION: This waterproof printing paper is produced by coating one surface or both ones of base paper with a coating fluid prepared by mixing core-shell-structured acrylic resin emulsion, inorganic pigment and polyolefin- based fine particles. The coating fluid preferably contains 6-75 pts.wt. total solid content of the inorganic pigment and polyolefin-based fine particles and 3-72 pts.wt. solid content of the inorganic pigment respectively based on 100 pts.wt. solid content of the core-shell-structured acrylic resin emulsion.
