FINAL DISPOSAL SITE FOR WASTE AND METHOD FOR MANAGING THIS FINAL DISPOSAL SITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor waste and to prolong the life of a final disposal site where the waste is subjected to reclamation disposal as a final disposal in a reclamation area by providing a waste monitor area for monitoring whether the material inadequate for reclamation are included in the waste or not before the waste is subjected to the reclamation disposal. SOLUTION: Incombustible refuse and recyclable waste are transported to a recycle plaza 7 as an intermediate disposal facility of respective municipalities blocks A to C. The recyclable refuse is recovered as valuable matter and the rest are transported as residues to the reclamation area 2 through the waste monitor area 3 of the final disposal site 1. The waste monitor area 3 is used for monitoring whether the materials inadequate for reclamation are included in the carried waste or not before the waste is subjected to the reclamation disposal in the reclamation area 2. A watchman standing on a monitor stand monitors whether the materials inadequate for reclamation are included in the transported waste or not. If the materials inadequate for reclamation are included in a large amount in the waste, the reclamation disposal of the waste is rejected.
