PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding having grooves for dropping the shoulders and arms for dispersing body pressure applied on the shoulders, arms, sides, and chest when a user turns over to become sidewise to reduce numbness and pain generated in the shoulders, arms, sides, and chest, and enable turning over to become sidewise toward the side having shoulder pain. SOLUTION: A piece of bedding 1 having a triangular inclination from the sides toward the lower back is formed, grooves 5 for dropping the shoulders and arms in which the shoulders and arms 7 get in are provided between the inclined bedding 1 and a pillow 2, and the inclined bedding 1 and the pillow 2 are connected to each other by an elastic connecting cloth 6. Otherwise, the bedding 1 is formed of a pillow part 4 and a bedding part 3, the grooves 5 for dropping the shoulders and arms in which the shoulders and arms 7 get in are provided between the bedding part 3 and the pillow part 4, and the bedding part 3 and the pillow part 4 are connected to each other by the elastic connecting cloth 6.
