Further, the number of piles 123 of continuous charged cells in which the boundary is set by two cell piles consisting of the partially filled pile 125 or the empty pile 124 is counted, and the cell piles 124 and 125 are set so that one is in the front to the pile 123 within each strip 27, 28, and the other in the rear.
