PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sackless type fuel injection nozzle causing no deviation of a shaft. SOLUTION: When a valve is closed, the fuel which passes through a second fuel passage 112 from a first fuel passage 111 in a nozzle body 100 passes a plurality of third fuel passages 211 arranged in an upstream part 210 of a needle 200, a fourth fuel passage extending from a collection part of the third fuel passages to a tip side along a central axis, and a fifth fuel passage formed in the upstream of a seating line 233 and is supplied into a clearance between a conical face 131 of a tip part of the nozzle body and a first conical part 231 in the upstream of the seating line of the needle.
