PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor of installing work of a concrete secondary product, and to prevent sinking by an after loaded load by filling up clearance generated between an installing surface and a product bottom part by a fine adjustment. SOLUTION: An adjusting leg by a screw is attached to a proper position of a concrete secondary product, and when installing the product, a fine adjustment is made while maintaining a position of the once installed product. Next, after completing installation, mortar is flowed from a hole 1 opened in a product bottom part to fill up clearance between an installing surface and the product bottom part. In that case, product strength and mortar for filling up the clearance are considered to spread over the whole bottom surface, and the hole 1 is arranged in a proper position. A nut 2 is arranged at product making time so as to be integrated with a product body. A bolt 3 is shaven in a square shape in an end part so as to be easily rotatable by a tool, and a steel plate 4 is laid so that yield strength of the installing surface can endure weight of the product to thereby reduce installing labor as well as to prevent sinking of the product.
